This beautiful handmade one-of-a-kind pendant was designed and made by hand in our own workrooms. It is prong set in 14 K white gold with a stunning oval faceted natural Aquamarine which weighs 523/100 carats and measures 8x16 millimeters. Above the Aquamarine is a fine quality emerald cut natural Swiss Blue Topaz of the loveliest deep blue hue prong set in 14K Yellow Gold. The Swiss blue Topaz weighs 70/100 carat.
