Vintage 14 Karat Gold Checkerboard Cufflinks

These vintage 14 karat gold checkerboard cufflinks are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Made sometime in the 1930s-40s, the cufflinks are made of solid 14 karat pink and white gold. They were constructed by hand by carefully alternating sheets of gold, not gold or rhodium plated to create the checkerboard effect.

The vintage cufflinks are substantial in weight and are in excellent condition for something well over half a century old! The oval face of each cufflink measures approximately 19mm by 10.5mm, and the rectangular side measures approximately 22mm by 6.75mm.
