We are able to remove or fill in previous engravings, after which your new engraving can be added to the piece.

Our master engraver takes great care and precision in his work, ensuring that each detail is meticulously engraved. As a result, the process may take several days to weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design. We will provide you with an estimated timeline when discussing your custom order.
6. Can I return or exchange a custom engraved piece?
Due to the personalized nature of custom engraved pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
