Vintage 14 Karat Yellow Gold Opal Drop Earrings

These vintage 14 karat yellow gold opal drop earrings are truly unique beauties! Handmade of solid 14 karat yellow gold, the earrings feature a graceful geometric design with gold ball accents.

Each earring is prong set with a 7 by 5 millimeter natural oval shaped Australian opal. The matched opals are beautiful, with a lively mix of green, blue, orange and gold colors. In addition, a 3 millimeter natural round Australian opal is set above the oval opal. The total weight of all four fine opals is 3/4 carat.

Both earrings measures 25 millimeters long and 13 millimeters wide. Each is suspended from a 14 karat yellow gold ear wire which is secured in the back with a hook.
