Antique 14 Karat Pink Gold Moonstone Ring

This antique 14 karat pink gold ring is a true piece of history! Prong set with a 4 1/2 millimeter round moonstone cabochon, the inside of the ring is hand engraved with highly detailed original script. The hand engraved script reads as follows: "J.M.H to Fr". engraving is partially worn. The inside of the shank is further engraved by hand: "June 1, 1888". Although the engraving is worn, the ring is in remarkably pristine shape and will last another 100 years since the shoulders of the ring are solid, not hollowed out. Although the ring is petite, this style could be worn by a gentleman or a lady.

Moonstone is an alternate birthstone for the month of June, and this one is particularly attractive.

The ring is currently a size 4 but could be sized to fit you comfortably.
