Custom 14 Karat Gold Italian Coral Earrings

These custom 14 karat gold Italian coral earrings were specially made for a client. They were created from a pair of cufflinks the client had which were no longer worn. We took the components and created a brand new pair of earrings. We think the results are a complete success!

Each earring is bezel set with a round and oblong natural Italian red coral cabochon of fine quality. Each piece of untreated Italian coral is of a rich, scarlet red color making for a striking and fun pair of earrings.

The natural gems are set in their original 14 karat yellow gold mountings. We repaired, cleaned up and added jumprings and earring posts to the pieces so that they can be worn as stud earrings. We also refinished the Italian coral as it had become dull after years of wear.
