Vintage 18 Karat Gold Oval Sapphire and Diamond Ring

This vintage 18 karat yellow gold oval sapphire and diamond ring is truly stunning! Handmade of solid 18 karat yellow gold, the ring is substantial in weight and very well made.

The ring is prong set with a gorgeous natural oval cut blue sapphire of a deep and very rich blue color. The sapphire measures 9.5 by 7.8 millimeters and weighs over 3 carats. Each shoulder of the ring is channel set with a matched natural princess cut diamond of top white color and clarity. The two diamonds measure approximately 3.75 millimeters with an approximate combined weight of /100 carat.

This ring is currently a size 7 but could be sized to fit you comfortably.
